Black Duck Receives $12 Million Series C

WALTHAM, MA -- Black Duck Software announced the closing of its series C financing round securing $12 million in new investment.

Focus Ventures led the round, which included Intel Capital, SAP Ventures, Fidelity Ventures, Flagship Ventures and General Catalyst Partners.

The company has raised $29 million to date and intends to use the funds to continue developing its product portfolio and to expand and strengthen international sales and marketing channels.
